Registration is closed

Event Date: Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 9am to 3pm

Event Location: Exhibitors will be located at George Rogers Park at 611 S. State St., Lake Oswego, OR 97034. We are working to ensure they are in the best path for guest interaction. 

Exhibitor Fee:

  • $250 for businesses,
  • $150 for non-profits (all fees are non-refundable)

Exhibitor Space: Each Exhibitor will receive one space on the grass measuring 10’x10’. Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, and tents and are responsible for setup, maintenance, tear down, and staffing of their area at all times.

Electricity: Electricity is available but Exhibitors must bring their own power cords.

Exhibitor Set-Up: Unloading and loading areas will be adjacent to Exhibitor spaces. Set-up can begin at 7am on August 25th - all set-up must be completed by 9am. Directions to the unloading and loading area will be provided upon OHC confirmation of an application. A map will be provided with detailed directions for the day’s activities.

Exhibitor Tear-Down: You may commence packing-up your exhibit after 3pm.

Product Sales Guidelines: You may sell products from your exhibit. OHC reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal or considered offensive. Please do not display any merchandise that would be inappropriate for children as this is a family-friendly event. Any decision made by OHC representatives is final.

Noise Restrictions: The Car Show will have ongoing music and announcements throughout the day. OHC representatives reserve the right to restrict an Exhibitor’s projected music or sound broadcasts that interfere with the Show.
