Archival CollectionThe Oswego Heritage Council has a collection of 22,000 items that have been preserved and are stored in the Barrett Family Archive Research Center at the Oswego Heritage House. We work with the Lake Oswego Public Library (LOPL) to help with scanning, digitization and metadata entry so that everything in our collection will be keyword searchable on the LOPL website. |
For those that wish to donate items to the Oswego Heritage Council, please call (503) 635-6373 or email director@oswegoheritage.org. Dr. Browne will assess your items and either facilitate donation to our collection or advise you on best practices for archiving your historical documents.
For those that are researching a particular subject and would like to access our collection, please visit our Ask an Archivist page! Dr. Browne can help with research on any Oswego subject or connect you with those who can find out more. You can also visit our Resources page for additional help. |
